Help Love Foundation was born from a heartfelt conversation with a woman who shared her experiences with me of growing up without access to basic hygiene necessities during her menstrual cycle. As a child, teenager, and young adult, she explained how she often had to rely on alternatives such as socks, newspaper, napkins, and whatever else she could find to get through difficult times. She also shared that many people around her were unaware of the silent struggles she faced.
Hearing her story was deeply moving and opened my eyes to the reality that so many women and young girls may be experiencing the same challenges in silence. That moment inspired a mission to spread love through action by providing support, hygiene products, resources, and compassion to women, men, and children in underserved communities.
In 2020, Help Love Foundation officially became a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to expand our outreach efforts, strengthen our community impact, and serve those in need on a greater scale.
To grow from a local outreach initiative into a trusted global foundation that communities can depend on in times of need—expanding our reach to serve women, men, and children with consistent support, resources, and care wherever the need exists.
Help Love represents our core belief that help provides immediate support in times of need, while love is the consistent action that creates lasting impact. Together, they guide our mission to serve, uplift, and empower women, men, and children in underserved communities through meaningful outreach and compassionate action.
